(The First of the Muslims)

The Qur-an 6:162-163; 39:11-12; 6:14

The Messenger of Allah, Muhammad S is recognized as the first of the Muslims in the Holy Qur-an. Although, Islam is the first religion of the earth and the first Muslim was Adam A (Adam), the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad S was the first Muslim following the last Message of Islam sent by Allah (God).

Say (O Muhammad S): "Verily, my Salat (prayer), my sacrifice, my living, and my dying are for Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinn and all that exists).
"He has no partner. And of this I have been commanded, and I am the first of the Muslims."
Surah (Chapter) Al-An'am (The Cattle) The Qur-an 6:162-163

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Verily I am commanded to worship Allah (Alone) by obeying Him and doing religious deeds sincerely for His sake only.

"And I am commanded (this) in order that I may be the first of those who submit themselves to Allah (in Islam) as Muslims.
Surah (Chapter) Az-Zumar (The Groups) The Qur-an 39:11-12


Say (O Muhammad S): "Shall I take a Wali (Helper, Protector, Lord or God) any other than Allah, the Creator of the heavens and the earth? And it is He who feeds but is nor fed." Say: "Verily, I am commanded to be the first of those who submit themselves to Allah (as Muslims)." And be not you (O Muhammad S) of the Mushrikin [polytheists, pagans, idolaters and disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah].
