Qur-an 33:46,
46:31-32
In
the Holy Qur-an, the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad S is also
addressed as the one who invites people to the Path of Allah (God). Allah
(God) himself called him Allah's caller.
The Messenger
of Allah, Muhammad S was the best of the Da'iyan (People who invite)
to Islam. He led by example and set up standards for all of us who want
to participate in Da'wah (Invitational) work.

And
as one who invites to Allah [Islamic Monotheism,
i.e. to worship none but Allah (Alone)] by His Leave, and as a lamp
spreading light (through your instructions from the Qur'an
and the Sunnah the legal ways of the Prophet S ).

O our people! Respond (with
obedience) to Allah's Caller (i.e. Allah's Messenger Muhammad
SAW), and believe in him (i.e. believe in that which Muhammad SAW has brought
from Allah and follow him). He (Allah) will forgive you of your
sins, and will save you from a painful torment (i.e. Hell-fire).
