Qur-an 43:29, 44:13
Rasulum Mubin means a Messenger who made things clear for mankind. This term is used in the Holy Qur-an for the last Messenger of Allah, Muhammad S.
Muhammad S is the only Rasul (Messenger) of Allah whose life history is available to us in historically accurate details.
History tells us that the last the last Messenger of Allah, Muhammad S went through so much effort and pains to explain the Message he had brought for the guidance of mankind. During his only Hajj (Pilgrimage to the Ka'bah), he delivered his farewell Khutbah (Sermon) and asked his more than 120,000 Sahabah (Companions) whether he had explained Islam to them clearly or not. All of them replied in affirmative.

Nay, but I gave (the good things of this life) to these (polytheists) and their fathers to enjoy, till there came to them the truth (the Qur'an), and a Messenger (Muhammad SAW) making things clear.

How can there be for them an admonition (at the time when the torment has reached them), when a Messenger explaining things clearly has already come to them.
