Verily, We took the covenant of the Children of Israel and sent
them Messengers. Whenever there came to them a Messenger with
what they themselves desired not - a group of them they called
liars, and others among them they killed."(5:70)
Those among the Children of Israel[] who disbelieved were
cursed by the tongue of Dawud (David) and 'Iesa (Jesus), son
of Maryam (Mary). That was because they disobeyed (Allah and
the Messengers) and were ever transgressing beyond bounds."(5:78)
Proper it is for me that I say nothing concerning Allah but
the truth. Indeed I have come unto you from your Lord with a
clear proof. So let the Children of Israel depart along with
me.""(7:105)
And We took the Children of Israel across the sea, and Fir'aun
(Pharaoh) with his hosts followed them in oppression and
enmity, till when drowning overtook him, he said: "I believe
that La ilaha illa (Huwa): (none has the right to be
worshipped but) He," in Whom the Children of Israel believe,
and I am one of the Muslims (those who submit to Allah's
Will).""(10:90)
And We gave Musa (Moses) the Scripture and made it a guidance
for the Children of Israel (saying): "Take not other than Me
as (your) Wakil (Protector, Lord, or Disposer of your affairs,
etc)."(17:2)
