And
those who remain patient, seeking their Lord's Countenance,
perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and spend out of that which
We have bestowed on them, secretly and openly, and defend evil
with good, for such there is a good end;"

Say (O Muhammad S) to 'Ibadi
(My slaves) who have believed, that they
should perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and spend in
charity out of the sustenance We have given them, secretly and
openly, before the coming of a Day on which there will be
neither mutual bargaining nor befriending."

Verily, Allah enjoins Al-Adl (i.e. justice and worshipping
none but Allah Alone - Islamic Monotheism) and Al-Ihsan [i.e.
to be patient in performing your duties to Allah, totally for
Allah's sake and in accordance with the Sunnah (legal ways) of
the Prophet SAW in a perfect manner], and giving (help) to
kith and kin[] (i.e. all that Allah has ordered you to give
them e.g., wealth, visiting, looking after them, or any other
kind of help, etc.): and forbids Al-Fahsha' (i.e all evil
deeds, e.g. illegal sexual acts, disobedience of parents,
polytheism, to tell lies, to give false witness, to kill a
life without right, etc.), and Al-Munkar (i.e all that is
prohibited by Islamic law: polytheism of every kind, disbelief
and every kind of evil deeds, etc.), and Al-Baghy (i.e. all
kinds of oppression), He admonishes you, that you may take
heed." (16:90) |

Then, verily! Your Lord for those who emigrated after they had
been put to trials and thereafter strove hard and fought (for
the Cause of Allah) and were patient, verily, your Lord
afterward is, Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."

Those (Muslim rulers) who, if We give them power in the land,
(they) order for Iqamat-as-Salat.[] [i.e. to perform the five
compulsory congregational Salat (prayers) (the males in
mosques)], to pay the Zakat and they enjoin Al-Ma'ruf (i.e.
Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders one to do), and
forbid Al-Munkar (i.e. disbelief, polytheism and all that
Islam has forbidden) [i.e. they make the Qur'an as the law of
their country in all the spheres of life]. And with Allah
rests the end of (all) matters (of creatures)."
(22:41) |

And strive hard in Allah's Cause as you ought to strive (with
sincerity and with all your efforts that His Name should be
superior). He has chosen you (to convey His Message of Islamic
Monotheism to mankind by inviting them to His religion, Islam),
and has not laid upon you in religion any hardship, it is
the religion of your father Ibrahim (Abraham) (Islamic Monotheism).
It is He (Allah) Who has named you Muslims both before and
in this (the Qur'an), that the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) may
be a witness over you and you be witnesses over mankind! So
perform AsSalat (Iqamat-as-Salat), give Zakat and hold fast
to Allah [i.e. have confidence in Allah, and depend upon Him
in all your affairs] He is your Maula (Patron, Lord, etc.),
what an Excellent Maula (Patron, Lord, etc.) and what an Excellent
Helper!" (22:78)
